Through the use of the Apollonian/Dionysian dichotomy the spirit of "Goats" is driven by the unwavering punk ethos of writer Michael Flaten who passed away August of 2024.

Goats was recorded in analog format November of 2015 in Austin, TX over a three day span. 
All tracks were recorded in a live format, mixed with minimal dubbing, and remain in an intentionally exposed state.
