Finally it's time to put my set played at the Dog Beach Stage of @goulash-disko festival online!!
That was my 2nd experience in Komiza after 1st back in 2017 and it was my 2024 highlight as it was back then

It might have been the last Goulash Disko festival on the two beaches as we have known it....

On Friday sept @rebeluprecords hosted the stage on the beach of the Dog Beach bar, together with the La Réunion DJ takeover.

We had an amazing lineup of friends who played from the tropical to the groovy, the trippy, the electronic and up to the global clubby and afterhours sounds, from sunset to sunrise, an almost 24 hours beach party. It was an intense and heartwarming day, night & morning, bringing tears of joy & sadness. Possibly the end of an era of Goulash Disko on the beautiful Croatian beaches.

A big up thank you to the Goulash crew and all artists who performed at our takeover (and all other great artists who performed at the festival), plus all the friends who were there, supported us and danced the day & night away.

Goulash Disko Festival 2024 Dog Beach Stage Rebel Up Take Over

Sicilian by birth but gypsy in the soul, Alberto Ciotta a.k.a. Al Jive Mestizo, blends the polychromatic sounds of the world into his music selections making them a timeless musical journey without borders.
Ranging from Global/Tropical Bass to Ethnic/Tribal House/Techno and Multicultural Downtempo, each of Al Jive’s music selection is an invitation to discover remote cultures and reflect on themes such as immigration and eco-sustainability, mixing festive rhythms and psychedelic melodies in an external and internal journey. 
After years spent hitting the road attending music festivals and events around Europe he’s based in the South of Portugal now where he’s involved in the production of the weekly Pizzanight Algarve events at Fridayhappiness, same venue where he regularly runs his own brand event Noite Mestiza also.
He’s also part of the France based projects and collectives Le Cirque Du Freak Out and Nostruckture.
