3XCLUSIV3: CREEPY T - WE TRIPPIN [NEW SCHOOL RAVERS]

Aired on Voices Radio 17.03.25, 8-9am.

3rdcrush is a Glasgow-based artist whose typical focus lies on experimental, futuristic approaches to techno, with a foot in late-90s revivalism, and crossover with leftfield bass, trap, grime, and IDM.
Part of a thriving new wave of cross-genre, future-facing club djs that are driving Glasgow's sound into a unique, unfamiliar sphere, he is the founder of Supertouch, a DIY event series based on subversive programming and healthy scene collaborationism, and a frequent collaborator with DIY club Exit and Subcity Radio.

This episode contains an alternative, but equally valued expression of my musical interests. My non-club interests currently centre around deconstructed and post-club, with an exploration of the crossover between cloud rap, and ambient, arrhythmic electronic music.

Lambratech kicks off a new trilogy starting with Footclan’s devastating EP Data Loss.

Rooted in the raw energy of old school electro and ghetto, Footclan strips things down to the essentials: machine-funk grooves and basslines built for the floor. Data Loss celebrates the foundations of the genre while reworking them with the punch and precision of today’s underground sound.

Backed by a heavyweight roster of remixers, the EP explodes across continents: Detroit’s Filthiest channels raw electro-bass grit, Wachita China drops razor-sharp rhythms, The Deserter mutates the flow into distorted industrial landscapes, Bocabeats injects Latin-infused grooves, EQ Why pushes the ghetto sounds to the extreme in a footwork key, and UnoTurbo twists the signal into modular madness.

Together, these tracks set the stage for the Lambratech trilogy — a neon-lit journey into data corruption, machine mutation, and total collapse. Data Loss is the breach. The virus is in. The system won’t recover.
