Hey, I’m Jakob aka JKW. I’m 29 years old and live in Klagenfurt, Austria. I love making music—mostly two kinds: lush, dreamy liquid drum and bass, and then the deep, gritty minimal stuff. Each style brings out a different side of me. I don’t really mix them together; I dive all the way in, one vibe at a time.

I get inspired by the old-school liquid producers who build those warm, emotional worlds, but I’m also drawn to the darker, heavier sounds from the underground minimal crowd. Sound design is what I love most. I spend a lot of time in FL Studio, working with Serum 2 just shaping ideas until they feel right.

Right now, I’m wrapping up two projects: a five-track liquid DnB EP and a six-track minimal EP that’s all about that dirty, stripped-back energy. My latest single, “Silence" is also out now and kind of sets the tone for what’s next.
