Diese Meditation ist inspiriert von einer Übung aus dem Buch "Energieheilung" von Ann Marie Chiasson. Sie schreibt, dass unser Herzzentrum die Quelle der Heilung ist. A Guide to Relaxation

Relaxation is an effective means of dealing with stress related health problems such as headache, insomnia, high blood pressure, chronic pain etc.

For best results do the exercise twice a day and wait at least two hours after a meal.

Choose a quiet place, free from interruptions and if you do the exercises in the same place whenever possible, that spot will become your "relaxation island."

Be gentle with yourself, you cannot force yourself to relax, progress will come as you gradually learn to "let go."

Relaxation music plays crucial role in guided meditation videos and recordings, healing sessions, sleep therapy audio, and positive energy meditation. It helps to create a peaceful zen ambiance that helps your listeners to relax and to absorb your message.

Guided meditations are centered around spoken word, hence when choosing the background soundtrack try to choose the music that does not have a strong melody or vocal and won’t interfere with your voice. Typically the music genres that work best for guided meditations include ambient, relaxing piano or guitar, as well as world music (typically Indian or Eastern), and new age.

Another option to add an additional layer of realism and sophistication to your guided meditation is to enhance the soundtrack with relaxing nature sounds, like rain, ocean waves, or birds.
