Federico Gerhardt is a versatile Argentine musician who moves effortlessly between blues, pop, and funk.

As a singer, harmonica player, and guitarist, he has made the cigar box guitar one of his trademarks, blending tradition with experimentation in every performance.

His music ranges from the raw authenticity of blues to the freshness of contemporary sounds, always carried by honest lyrics and deep emotional presence.

Beyond being a songwriter, Federico is also a luthier, crafting and playing his own instruments, which gives his work a unique and handcrafted identity.

I am a marine biologist and explorer from Norway. My world is beneath the waves, where I study, document, and protect marine life. When I'm not diving or on an expedition, I turn to music to reflect and recharge. From soothing ambient sounds to the raw energy of instrumental tracks, music captures the beauty and depth of the ocean I call home, inspiring conservation and adventure.

Marol is a musician, producer and songwriter born in 1982 in a small village in northern Sweden.

He started playing guitar at the age of eight, learning mostly through family rather than formal lessons. Music quickly became a space for curiosity and experimentation. At ten, he received an Amiga 1200 and discovered a simple music program that allowed him to create tracks using samples. From there, his world expanded.

Early influences ranged from Depeche Mode and Nine Inch Nails to reggae and pop acts like Ace of Base. Recording ideas on cassette tape, Marol began shaping his own sound long before finding a studio. Piano and synthesizers were always close by — his grandparents’ piano and a cousin’s synths became playgrounds for sound and intuition.

In the 1990s, with access to workstations and software like Cubase and Logic, he focused heavily on electronic music. At 21, his track Northern Lights was played on local radio — a quiet milestone that encouraged him to keep going.

Later, his path crossed with musicians from the grindcore and metal scene. Electronic elements met heavy guitars and guttural vocals, forming the band Zophrenia, where contrasts became collaboration. When the band dissolved, Marol moved to Norway, set up a home studio, and continued creating independently.

Between 2020 and 2022, new technology opened a simpler, more direct workflow. It allowed him to work closer to instinct — faster, freer, and more aligned with his ideas and emotions. His music remained his own, but without the need to slow down or compromise the creative process.

Today, Marol’s work is fluid and exploratory. He moves between genres without attachment, always experimenting, always in motion. Music is deeply personal to him — he only produces what feels honest and real in the moment.

Recently relocating to Vienna, what began as a short visit turned into a new chapter. The city sparked fresh inspiration, and he decided to stay. Alongside music, Marol now also creates music videos, a long-standing passion that has found new life.
