The data is clear: 18-25 is a critical time for substance use and mental health interventions. This is why programs implemented on college campuses have significant impacts.

But that isn’t to say these interventions are easy to launch.

My guests this month are Dr. Jessi Gold, Chief Wellness Officer for UT System and Associate Professor of Psychiatry at UT Health Science Center, and Megan McKnight, Director of the Center for Wellbeing at UT Chattanooga. In this conversation, we talk about some of the successes they have had in launching harm reduction education and prevention programs on college campuses, overcoming concerns over legal liability, debunking myths, addressing stigma, and solving the most important problem of all: logistics, such as who pays for what. Finally, we discuss what next steps look like. After all, getting naloxone on college campuses and saving lives is only step one.

This timeline is to serve a purpose to retract from a system of gaming to override a perception in self-esteem forced upon me by those in contingency and reliance that is forceful upon resignation. Therefore, I live in reality and not delusion of the dependent many generations beneath the 3% elite the vast majority who are the persuaders and manipulators my temptation from the devil is to resist. When I am resisting the devil, I am to resist myself from following through with the sinister's intension to stalk my mind, body, soul and spirit in every aspect of my life manifesting their viruses of Cockaluma virus within the illuminati of informants. The timeline is for the harm-reduction of the person not the people for the people is not affected by themselves even those who follow the majority will be retreated by this powerful timeline.

This timeline is to be repeated reiterate it and refreshed in a sequence which is unlimited organize and clustered root together leaving no room for others to stalk my tree of light in life.

Clustering timelines without a time schedule has been very beneficial in contributing to me climbing the ladder to success in a flexible yet frequent way without various setbacks. I like to say as the Bible says, "It is a sin to make future plans which leaves room for error and failure. When use clustering to organize my thoughts and behaviors I find myself less stressed due to the flexibility and allowance of the window period. And options within the clustered groups where I can organize my thoughts best without referring to a documented schedule. I prefer to refer to my mental note remembering what needs to be done as opposed to what time it needs to be done without being hypocritical.



Clustering timelines is like organizing your day into cozy, intuitive "vibes" instead of stiff, hour-by-hour appointments. Think of it as grouping similar activities--like creative work, movement, or rest into flexible time blocks that match your energy, not the clock. It’s how urban creatives, wellness warriors, and mindful professionals escape the chaos of ticking timers and ride the natural rhythms of their body and brain. No more stressing over missed minutes just flowing from a focused morning zone into a nourishing lunch block, then easing into chill, low-stress evenings.
