Wake up strapped to a makeshift surgical bed in a dim, claustrophobic room, bathed in flickering red light. Rusted tools—more torture devices than surgical instruments—lie in wait on an old table. My breath catches as five or six grotesque humanoid figures, masked in skin, close in, clutching jagged, rusted surgical implements—wicked instruments designed for pain rather than healing.
