In the wake of the success of Lost, networks greenlit many of their own attempts to capture that vibe. Maybe none were more notable than Heroes, which was huge for a minute and then promptly forgotten. Let's remember some 2000s guys.

Words on Visitations, Angels and Meeting One's Heroes

This charity single is a festive portrait of Horton Hospital at its best—staff, patients, and the entire Banbury community woven into a bright, upbeat Christmas scene. The lyrics turn everyday hospital life into a celebration: tinsel on IV stands, porters in antlers, physios dressed like trees, and even the X-ray machines getting in on the sparkle. It leans into the reality of a busy hospital, but flips it into something warm, human, and unmistakably local.
The song highlights the dedication of the nurses, doctors, cleaners, cooks, porters, and everyone who keeps the children’s ward running, especially through the winter pressure. Its hook—“Dashing through the wards”—captures that frenetic, compassionate energy that defines Horton’s staff at Christmas.
This track is designed to raise funds for the children’s ward, but also to remind Banbury and Oxfordshire why Horton matters: a place where care doesn’t stop, community shows up, and Christmas spirit cuts through the clinical setting. It’s cheerful, grounded, and proudly Horton—aimed at bringing people together to support the hospital’s youngest patients when it counts.

SurowyStan - Dj, promotor, producer.
Born in Warsaw, begun his first steps in electronic music as a fan of D'N'B in 2008 at CDQ, Indeks, 1500m2 clubs.
Beining inspired by Black Sun Empire, Cause4Concern he imbibed and sunk in clubbing culture, constantly searching for an unique sound. 

In 2010 after witnessing Love Parade in Duisburg as well as Mayday in Katowice his taste in music shifted to Techno and upon those changes Surowy Stan initiated productions and sets in such genre.
At the beginning his various productions oscillated in Minimal, however with time his music underwent gradual change of subgenres into Minimal, Industrial and Oldschool Techno.
Voltage and tempo is Surowy Stan's flagship of the older productions of artists such as : Pacou, Surgeon, Regis, Exium. In addition, the nature and sound of Surowy Stan- "Harsh Stan", is a reflection of berlin's club Tresor as Harsh Stan /Harsh Sound is a flagship of it.

Apart from all above Surowy Stan is also a proud co-organiser of underground electronic music initiative - Quality Control.
