Bio:
mia susan amir was born in Israel/Palestine, and currently lives between Oakland CA, and Vancouver, BC, Coast Salish Territories. amir is a writer, performer, vocalist, facilitator, community educator, arts-administrator, and event producer, with a background in theatre and dance. She holds an MFA in Creative Writing from Mills College, Oakland. She is working on her first memoir, A Memory of Sand and Silence. In this work she explores the way in which large socio-political and cultural events become expressed in small spaces, like the home and body through intergenerational transfer. She is the co-editor an anthology-in-progress entitled, Transforming Grief: Personal and Communal Loss in the Work of Remaking the World. amir was the 2008 Artist in Residence at Neworld Theatre, Vancouver, and is the founder of The Story We Be. storywebe.wordpress.com

Production duo; Albert Lutz-Paap & Keith Hetrick, set out to take brave leaps in the pursuit of creating fresh new productions, instrumentals, songs & scores. Forming together after first collaboration as students at Musicians Institute, the duo has been producing together since early 2010. Now producing heavily for Inland Empire's rising crew, Keyed Up Community consisting of Jaydeboi(Jerry Dugbartey), Tiny T(Taurean Curtis), Kmanqua(Kofi Amankwa), Nancy Delgadillo, Valerie Murillo, Stasia(Stacey Dugbartey) & Brundo Brandon Leatherwood.
