Sean Matthews was born and raised in Yonkers, New York and grew up in a Christian home as the son of a preacher. In his youth he began rapping to express the ups and downs of life. Sean had his own struggles as he faced issues with law enforcement and spent some time in prison. This did not stop his passion or his faith. Now a CT resident, Sean continues to strive in his purpose as he creates music for Jesus Christ. His first album the Book of Matthews is a reflection of his dedication to delivering God's Word through rap.
