Bassknockers started as a vision by its founding member Jacob Stogner when he wanted to make a group to compliment each others music 

A North Carolina native and Texas raised musician, Tahjai Pinkney blossomed between multiple outlets of music. Even before being able to walk, her infatuation with choreography in music videos and her dad’s production of beats all influenced her interest in music. It wasn’t until her later years that she decided to pursue a career to convey a meaningful message for all. To her, it is fundamental that everyone is comfortable expressing their individuality. To support her push for authenticity, she writes her own music so people could feel her true emotions through her bodies of work. Her major influences range from the uniqueness of Missy Elliot and Busta Rhymes to the creativity of modern day Tierra Whack. In addition to her pursuit of success in being an artist, she wants to venture out into other outlets. Those range from acting, producing movies, choreography for music videos and performances, to lastly being an androgynous model. She lives by her favorite motto “One cannot achieve freedom without first finding peace within themselves”. This quote helps to keep her persistence and motivation strong through her upcoming journey

The hard hitting lyrics and smooth delivery combinded with grit, ambition, a confident but clever undertone makes him sort of like Hip Hop's Architect, creating, "new roads for inspiring artist to take as they travel to the pinacles of their craft."
