This is Jor Joule (pronounced JOR JOOL), a Canadian independent electronic music project based in St. John’s, Newfoundland.


Spun up by Jordan Dowber in March of 2023, this project explores the sondering rush of human experience through haunting atmospheres, tumultuous basslines, and industrial drum beats. Heavily influenced by genres like Rock, Trance, Hardwave, and Drum & Bass, Jor Joule slow-burns into the electronic music scene with a uniquely eerie yet uplifting energy.
