I always hated how dull sounding the Grand Theft Auto IV Loading screen song rip sounded, so I spent the time to normalize the audio and get a little bit more out of it.

The treble will overpower the bass at points and the bass will overpower the treble at points, it's mainly due to bitrate limitations of the ripped source. However, if anyone has the original uncompressed version, please let me know, that would be greatly appreciated.
