This song carries a deep personal meaning to me now that my grandparents on my dad's side are gone... I have vivid memories listening to this song in the backseat of their car. And the lyrics and somber tone of the song resonate a lot with me. It's also just a beautiful song and I wanted to challenge myself to hit those notes. Had a little fun with it :)
