The House Edit - Raindrop Radio (Episode 42)

I am relatively new to the DJ Scene, with my buying my first set of Pioneer decks back in Oct 22. Since then, I have been mixing up at every available opportunity!

In August 23, I played a couple of House / Tech House sets at a friend's bar in Ibiza, and it was an absolutely blast!

In September 23, I joined www.raindropradio.com where I have a weekly 8pm slot, on a Sunday, playing the latest in House / Tech House / Deep House, Progressive and Nu Disco.

🔥 'Eddy' Edwards is a musician who, during his early career, he played lead guitar in various rock bands. He now plays synthesizers and keyboards when producing tracks, indulging in his love of trance music.. 

🔥 Eddy fell in love with trance music during the 90's, but his music career encompassed all things rock and guitar. Until now! 

🔥 His passion for all things trance has ignited his resurgence into the music scene, and he now produces and plays everything, from uplifting trance, to upbeat electro-pop music. 

🔥 Eddy's dream would be for one of the top DJ's (Giuseppe Ottaviani, Tiesto, Armin Van Buuren, Lange, Craig Connelly etc) to play one of his tracks in their live sets. Ultimately, to hear one of his tracks played at a major trance event such as 'Transmission'.🙏🎹

🔥 Future goals...to see his music signed to his favourite record labels within the genre. Eddy knows how music can change a persons life and the inspiration and happiness that it can bring, and so he aims to further share his music to a wider audience, simply to make others happy....and music, especially Trance music is the key!
This goal inspires Eddy to continue to compose and produce his music consistently, as in his own words 'his head is exploding with melodies, vocals, and musical concepts'...

🔥 His inspiration comes from classic trance artists such as Giuseppe Ottaviani, Lange, Tiesto, Darude, Armin Van Buuren, Sneijder, and many others.

Italian producer, sound designer/engineer and Dj, owner and founder of the ITB Music Production Studio"After"54 and co-owner of italian record label "Loose Monkey Records". 
Official Sound Engineer of Trax Records Chicago.
He was born in 1979. 
Winner of the "Amnesia Ibiza x The Sound Of Unity for Antony Morato" contest for best producer 2024.
He has released with many record labels such as Trax Records, Cafe De Anatolia, Materialism, Klexos Records, Black Habitat, Array Music, Beat Circus Records, HardCutz Records, After Room Records, Sandy Records, Kleos Recordings, MisuMisu Records and more. 
Resident Dj at Ibiza Stardust Radio.
He starts producing electronic music and tech house, attending in 2014/2016 the Italian DJ Academy (AID) of Bologna. 
He studied for two years Drum Percussion at “C. e G. Andreoli” music school in Mirandola (MO), where he also started a new course in Music Theory and Composition in 2019. Certified in the three years of Electronic Music and Sound Design at “AFM” Music Academy in Bologna and he attended a sound engineer course at NEUMA Music School of Reggio Emilia.
In 2023 he attended the course of "Sound Design Virtual" at the NUT Academy in Naples with the teaching of prof. E.Cosimi.
His slogan is “Don’t kill the after hours” !!!

Salinas is a international DJ and Artist meanwhile based in Ibiza. He is also the Creator of the „Balearic Feelings Morning Coffee Radio Show“ on Ibizaliveradio.

Strong influenced by the beach scene and the club culture of the white island, Salinas plays a fascinating mix of electronic music, from relaxing chill-beats up to melodic clubgrooves.
 
No matter whether you want to relax at the beach, dance in the snow or celebrate through endless nights, he will always infect you with real “balearic feelings” and typical stylish Ibiza Sound.
