IMPLOSION

Urbaniste de métier, j'avais à coeur de donner accès à tout un mélange d'émotions recueillies en ce 29 octobre 2023. Ce jour-là, Orléans Métropole avait décidé d'orchestrer la démolition par implosion d'un tour de 273 logements et 17 étages : la T17. Vétuste et non reconvertible, c'était l'immeuble le plus haut du quartiers aux allures de ville nouvelle, née dans les années 1960. 50 ans après, le quartier n'en finit pas de se renouveller, en suivant les plans financés par l'Etat. Les habitants restent très attachés à leur quartier, et témoignent ce jour-là d'intenses émotions. On y entend bien sûr l'implosion, ainsi que les réactions des gens, juste avant et juste après, tous occupés à saisir l'instant. Ensuite au pied du tas de gravats généré suite à l'implosion, chacun y va de son commentaire, et les souvenirs se mélangent aux émotions de l'instant.

Aventurière de la création sonore, j'ai découvert cette nouvelle passion en 2024, suite à un burn out. Me reconnecter aux sons autour de moi fait aujourd'hui partie de mon quotidien, et quoi de mieux que de les enregistrer, les déformer, les assembler, les choyer pour délivrer quelques pensées ici et là.
J'aime aussi interroger les gens que je croise dans la rue, dans des contextes particuliers : une manif, un évènement important dans l'évolution d'un quartier. Peut-être est-ce lié à mon métier premier : l'urbanisme ?
Je fais aussi partie de la musique des Vivants, atelier hebdomadaire à la Labomedia du 108 à Orléans, autour du son, animé par Paul Laurent. Je m'essaie à quelques assemblages parfois pittoresques.
J'ai un autre compte à mon nom qui reprend mes commandes pour des collectivités dans le cadre de concertations organisées autour de projets urbains d'aménagement...

During the pandemic, like many folks I was in crisis and lost almost all of my tracks. Very grateful to one of my biggest supporters on SoundCloud, the talented Magi©ian™ (Making music make a difference) for having bought my solo works from 2018-2020 that were on Bandcamp, and for him sending them to me ✨

I want to live in a world that's run by Volunteer/Resource-Based/Gift/Sharing economic and Yogic principles, but these principles not yet consistently practiced in tandem with capitalism, has been detrimental to the physical, mental, financial and spiritual health of myself and many others.

I feel the "cerebral" but unnatural discordant 440Hz standard frequency of music is a cause of anxiety, nervous system damage, chakra imbalances and overthinking. Really, I think 440Hz isn't very cerebral because it's a cause of congestion in the upper chakras and thus hinders spiritual awakening (ascension) and cultural progress. So my works are an example to advocate for musicians to return to 432Hz, because it's an energetically healing sound frequency. Over time, listeners of 432Hz and other solfeggio natural frequencies will feel a balancing effect within their energy bodies. I started noticing effects within a few years of listening sober and vegan. It may be difficult now to notice with the electrosmog and other environmental toxins that aren't able to be cleaned much.
