Beim Preset-Tüfteln und Backing-Track Jammen ergab sich in dieser Sommerhitze sehr flott eine Solo-Melodie, inspiriert von div. Nita Strauss Songs, die mir im Kopf herumschwirrten. Der warme Klang im ruhigen Improvisations-Teil zeigt die Vielseitigkeit meiner neuen Lieblingsgitarre. Die Duesenberg Fantom S kann alles - Heavy bissig und auch bluesig warm.

Recording, Arranging und Mixing geht mittlerweile sehr einfach und schnell von der Hand, das ist definitiv ein Ergebnis aus der Masterclass bei Eric Gillette. Es ist sogar ein ganz kleiner Masterclass-Lick versteckt (The Watcher).
Im ersten Teil ist die Gitarre gedoppelt (links/rechts ausgerichtet). Sichtbar im Video ist der linke Rhythmus- und Solo-Teil, der zusammen mit dem Improvisations-Teil (nicht gedoppelt) als One-Take festgehalten wurde.

Met4Morph  : Events - Concept  -Full Improvised Music Area

Klangklinik from Basel, Switzerland, is devoted to improvised jam sessions, exploring experimental sound worlds combined with readings and multi media performances. In the beginning, in 2007, Klangklinik was a loose collective, by now they consist of 7 musicians, surrounded by a variable circle of guest musicians, who get invited for private and public jam sessions. The visual artist EddiE haRA has contributed live painting as a part of Klangklinik in public performances. Klangklinik uses classic rock instruments but the sound remains experimental and is strictly improvised with a repetitive character. Sometimes psychedelic, sometimes noisy soundscapes and accidental songs are being woven out of the moment.
