The venerable Weird Canada, recognized for its in-depth coverage of experimental/DIY music and art across the country, wrote about the Winter Coats second album: "The cryptically unknowable Fredericton duo of Garcia and Le Noir have produced a sophomore record you’d be proud to learn was created in your neck of the woods. Updating fans infrequently, rarely releasing tunes, and playing shows even more interstitially, it’s fair to assume they no longer exist at any juncture, but they’ve somehow surpassed the lifespan of many of their cohorts: Yellowteeth, Lee Harvey Oswalds, etc. Let Luis and Joel become your personal Boris or Glenn Branca."

An interest in exploring different sound worlds has always run through the music of Serbian guitarist Vukašin Đelić. His creative process has gone through various phases, starting from early 2000’s where he approached the guitar as a receiver, much like a radio. Using objects and devices such as mobile phones, diskmans, media players, computer equipment and other battery powered utilities, he composed music based almost solely on these frequencies and interferrences. The results were recordings, that he released under the name WoO, during the period between 2006 and 2012.
During that time, he played numerous concerts around Europe and USA, along with visual artist Incredible Bob. Their A/V shows were famous for using analog and then later digital video feedback and organic electronic music to create mesmerizing, dreamy audio visual psychedelia.  
After those six years, his focus has shifted towards improvisational methodologies and collaborations with various musicians. His group Belgrade Noise was exclusively improvised and dedicated their existence to invite different musicians to collaborate on a material that would be performed in concerts around the region and Europe.
He was part of ImprovE collective that organized montly events of improvised music.
In 2016. he formed Dol, a band inspired by road movies, travel literature, early blues and folk music but also by motorik beats and swirling sounds and melodies. Band has two releases and is working on their third.
Vukašin also plays in Limbo Lighting, duo inspired by minimalism, kosmiche and tribal music, with sound artist Marko Paunović who plays tape reels, synths and harmonium. 
His great love for spiritual and free jazz has channeled in his trio called Katastar, where besides him, on drums is Marko Stricevic ( Dzezbollah ) and on upper bass and saxophone Tomislav Marjanovic ( Crno Dete, Cyclist Conspiracy ). 
In his solo works, all these worlds often collide and become something new. Either playing guitar and drums or exploring the wild side of samplers and synths, his music flows through all these different fields and spaces. In 2020, he released a record U Zavisnosti Od Dana, which is his first album under his own name. Video for a song Crna Tara was done by serbian director Tamara Drakulić.
In 2024. he releases his latest sound adventure Od Sutra where he explores the wild side of samplers, synthesizers and rhythm machines in exotic electronica and ambient.
