Drifting on a Memory

This track was written in the space of an hour on 15th May 2023 upon hearing of the sudden death of my friend's puppy. Bracken had run out of their field into the path of a delivery van who did not stop but drove on. It was a heartbreaking time for all who knew not only the family but the beautiful cocker spaniel whose life had been lost so unexpectedly. This piece for string orchestra, I think, portrays that hurt and sadness - but finishes with a little bit of hope for the future (which we all need from time to time).

ETERNAL VIBE (Especial Xonny Tribal Sessions) In Memory Johnny Bass Mixed by Yan Junior

I have been a professional musician for the best part of a quarter of a century, now, but not really had the time to focus on promoting my own music. I've taught piano and flute, conducted choirs and worked as a church musician... always composing and arranging. My original music is always melody driven with a solid harmonic base, which makes it easy to listen to and, hopefully, appeals! I tend to find foundation in the piano though, being as flautist, I have a good ear for melody. I use Finale for score writing and Cubase as my DAW.  I have more of my music on my YouTube Channel (see link below). Music is an international language, I hope you enjoy my contributions!

Marc Rudin is a Singer-Songwriter and Troubadour. His music is purely and authentic. Acoustic guitar, smoky vocals and blues harp is bringing a campfire feeling to. 


With parents who really loved the music in the 70’s / 80’s it wasn’t really complicated for Joel to fall in love with the music genres of these periods. As a kid for him it was a bunch of years to search and discover through the gigantic records collection some of the most fantastic and rare masterpiece of these decades. Nowadays these memories bring back a new kind of creation for him.
Music lover, DJ, producer Joel is active in the electronic music genre for more than 15 years.
All has begun with The Badgers back in 2002 with two second hand Technics turntables. He was party manager of big electronic music festivals in the east of France and after that he started to produce some dark techno / minimal tracks with his best friend as The Badgers.
After numerous music productions during more than 10 years in the dark techno / minimal branch with the Badgers (Creepy Finger Rec, Plankton Repellent, Momentum League, Killing Machine Rec. and many more) Joel decides to make a solo project to explore the another creative side of his personality, deeper and funkier.
“Nasty Preacher” is the new born of this choice.
“Nasty” was how some people portrayed the music his influences. “Preacher” is a nod to James Brown.
There is only one objective, to create a good workout for your hips…
