It's simple with just two layers of audio - an acoustic guitar + tanpura drone in D and organically recorded with a Zoom handheld recorder. 
The idea was to capture outlaw countryside meets Indian classical context.

"My musical journey began at dawn, literally. As a 4-year-old, I'd wake to my father's eclectic vinyl collection, a global tapestry of classical maestros, bollywood hits, pop/rock anthems, folk melodies, regional music all played on the best equipment of the time. 

My teenage years were a whirlwind of rock, metal, jazz, classical / progressive rock, alternative and grunge, fueling countless jam sessions and main stage performances. I've been fortunate to witness and learn from legendary musicians and have experienced firsthand the evolution of mainstream music over four decades. 

My background as a drummer and unlocking both worlds of bass and guitar playing has honed my musical ear, allowing me to intuitively understand the intricacies of music theory.

Initially skeptical of EDM's rise, a year of dedicated research during the pandemic opened my ears and heart to its rich diversity and artistry. I now have fair understanding of EDM, encompassing its diverse genres, technical terminology and DJ ing / production techniques. I am inspired by Avantika Bakshi, whose remarkable professional growth I've observed over the years.

I'm lucky to be mentored by electronic music maestro, DJ and producer - Siva Prayojan - fondly known as Guruji among his students and fans.

I embrace all music with the same open-mindedness I had as a 4 year old child, transcending genre, style, language, complexity and ethnography. Music is a lifelong passion, a 'rave in my grave' kind of love.
