If you want to inject PC Engine SuperGrafx HuCard games, I recommend Dungeon Explorer (U) or Daimakaimura (J) for inject them. They 
MUST
 be injected manually due to the size of the SuperGrafx ROM files (average size 1 MB per SuperGrafx ROM, beating a normal PCE ROM of 384 kB). You can inject manually your ROM by unpacking the 5.app file, renaming the ROM file you want to inject as the WAD-ROM file, and then replacing the old one, and repacking the 5.app file.


In MSX2 Wii VC WAD 'Space Manbow (J)', the WAD uses a special unique sound driver chip called 'SCC'. That means, only MSX1 / MSX2 SCC games should be injected into SCC host WADs, otherwise the sound effects (SFX) will go away (won't use that sounds).


So I was away from my Wii for several years. In fact I originally installed the Homebrew channel years ago with the Twilight Hack and a few wads as well (Justin Bailey, Chrono Trigger et cetera). At some point it was set up with WAD manager and a bunch of wads were on the SD card but that never worked. Fast forward to a few days ago I got out my Wii and started tinkering. I had ordered a few new games I'd never got the chance to play so I started fooling with the Homebrew channel again. Homebrew browser never seems to work. The network was already set to '1'. Anyway I had to install a few apps manually including Priiloader and Pimp My Wii.


I got new games too stop forcing updates (Epic Mickey) and I thought I got my new wads working until I tried playing them. Firstly I installed too many and had to delete some because the Wii's memory was full (how does that even happen?? Does it dump the last few channel installs into ram until you decide what to delete or is just reserved system memory?) I deleted some crap until there was room again. Then I opened Paper Mario to see if the wads were working.


SNES AND NES games did not work at all. When opened the blue light would flash on the Wii and it would lock up with a black screen and a disconnected wiimote. This was the same for games that had their own VC and injected wads also. All the injected wads were of Diddy Kongs Quest or whatever it's called. No idea where they originally came from.

Eventually, this experimentation led to the one-piece shotshell case. Rather than cutting tubes to length and adding separate base wads, conventional plastic injection molding methods were used to create a case with an integral base wad. The cases were not truly one piece they still retained the separate metal head cover. Although the plastic cases were functional without metal heads, the heads made the shells more durable for multiple cycles through shotguns.


Wads are used to prevent the mixing of propellants and pellets in a shotshell. The wad forms a critical gas seal at firing to keep the expanding gases behind the shot charge. Wads also act as spacers, setting the correct volume for the propellant and shot charges and cushioning the pellets to reduce deformation. For years, shotshell wads were simple disks of fiber, felt, or cardboard cut to fit the inside of a shotshell case. A hard, nonflammable wad, sometimes called a nitro wad, was placed over the powder.


In the 1960s, shotshell engineers realized that modern plastics could improve shotshell performance. Initially, plastic shot wrappers (simple flat sheets of polyethylene) were used to protect lead pellets from scuffing on the bore as they passed. Conventional fiber wads continued to be used after plastic shot wrappers appeared. Eventually, the hard-to-load plastic sheet material was replaced with an easily installed shot cup that was closed at the bottom.
