Mealtimes in the practical facility are always enjoyable. While the food isn't perfect, it's considerably better than the slop dished out in real prisons. The inmates always have weird yet entertaining conversations as they bond with eachother before they part ways across the globe. A great atmosphere, setting a good mood as the six of them practice their routine.

The Escapists: ProvEdition OST - Tasty Tune (Inscheme Mealtimes)

The day begins with the trainee inmates gathering outside of their cells for a head count. Rollcalls are an important part of the routine in any prison, as missing them could result in disastrous consequences for the prisoner and/or prison. The day ends with another head count, before the six of them are sent back to their cells to rest.
Meanwhile, Inscheme Councillor, Morrin Shielders, receives a call from Warden Royvan of the Practical Facility, giving her confirmation that all six trainee prisoners are on site and preparations for the big plan can begin.

WHISPERS OF ESCAPISM: #3 - The practical facility’s Warden Royvan is fed up a lot of the time, mostly because his guards aren’t very good at playing their roles. On numerous occasions, guards have begun to break character and start laughing during rollcalls which has led to the Warden slowly losing his mind!

The Escapists: ProvEdition OST - Facility Gathering (Inscheme Rollcall)

Warden Royvan of the 'pretend' prison, Inscheme Practical Facility, meets Stephen at the front gate. As the sun was setting, there was simply no time for Stephen to get the run-down or meet any of his crew. The inmate himself was very okay with this, as he ended up asleep in his own prison cell within the same hour that he arrived on the scene. His journey into prison life (for the supposed 'greater good') was beginning, his dreams filled with ideas of crazy escape plots and events, resulting in the best night of sleep that he had ever gotten...

WHISPERS OF ESCAPISM: #4 - The guards who escorted Stephen to his cell actually seemed fairly intimidated by him. Turns out, when Stephen is tired or sleepy he always has an ominous look on his face. He would later deny any accusations of this.

The Escapists: ProvEdition OST - Early Hours (Inscheme Lights Out)

[This song is a direct remake of the song 'Wide World Around You' from my scrapped 2023 project 'MODular'.]

As the prison training regime continued within Inscheme, a heavy emphasis was put onto strength improvement for the inmates. Luckily, most of them were already in decent shape coming from their own occupations, but it was still essential that they had as much physical strength as possible in preparation for hand-to-hand combat with both other inmates and guards. The prisons which had been selected for the inmates to be taken to varied in security levels, with the notorious maximum security prison H.M.P Irongate being one of them. Therefore, the inmates could get flattened, bruised, zapped, etc. if they made the slightest mistake, so any and all strength training was important.

WHISPERS OF ESCAPISM: #5 - The seven men were unaware of which prison they'd be individually going to but knew which prisons were on the table. The warden used this as a motivation tactic so that they'd all work hard! After all, they had no idea which one of them would end up in the dreaded Irongate.

The Escapists: ProvEdition OST - The Muscle Men (Inscheme Exercise Period)

escapists is back! after almost a 5 month hiatus im now attempting to knock out the last few inscheme themes so that 2025 and beyond can be dedicated to the actual game's content AT LONG LAST
this track isnt as major as some others ive made  for escapists so far. this is for two main reasons
1. i've been trying to improve my mindset! something important to remember is that not every song needs to be perfect or extravagant. smaller lower-budget songs also deserve to exist now and then!
2. i wanna try and save some of the more rewarding motif usage and composition styles for bigger and better tracks.

Councillor Morrin Shielders' plan is dangerous. Since childhood, she has had the daring aspiration to revolutionize the global imprisonment system for the better, to prevent unlawful imprisonments like the ones of her own family. Her inherited wealth gives her social status in the world, allowing many to turn a blind eye to her otherwise illegal motives, therefore she works in the shadows and gets the strong-willed of society to enact her plan.
The six men are almost ready to begin their mission, their great escape from the abhorrent prison system of today.

We are back, after quite a long wait! The penultimate track to The Escapists: ProvEdition Volume 1 is here, and believe it or not this took 4-5 attempts to actually make...

I tested a few different genres but none of them really fit the relaxed, winding-down atmosphere that the shower period has in The Escapists, since it's usually the final period of the day before lights out (aside from roll call)
I wouldn't even say that this final product is fully-fitting but hey, its for Inscheme so I can adapt it a little differently than usual. Hope you enjoy! 

Apart from the last theme for this part of the soundtrack, I'm hoping to do a story explanation video for the project soon so that you all can better understand what not only Inscheme is but how it all connects to the vanilla Escapists content too.

(ALSO, NEW ANCIENT BIOMES THEME IS COMING SOOOOON, the song is done i'm just waiting on artwork of the biome for the video)

This is the first non-Terraria track on the channel to receive an update, Im pretty sure!! honestly ever since i released the original version of Escapist Origins i hated the outcome of it. the song was held together by weak tape and the composition wasn't cohesive at ALL
with this update i attempted to reverse engineer that composition and turn it into something more calming and open to represent what Escapists gameplay during free periods is like, while retaining the looming feeling of dread for what's yet to come.
