After my debut self-titled 96 bpm electronica single, Consciousness is the second release by Inside Us All, a 124 bpm melodic techno track built around evolving melodies and a steady locked-in groove. It carries a warm, spring-like energy — uplifting while evoking a meditative feeling to close your eyes and dance with a feeling of inner warmth and contentedness. Inside Us All - Parallelophone

After Inside Us All‘s last downtempo release, Ascension is the first of three 20-minute ambient pieces to be released as a single, and later as part of an album. Ascension was also featured in the On Air On Site 2025 radio festival in his city, The Hague in the Netherlands.

Ascension will be part of an album designed for deep meditation, relaxation, and sleep, with each track built around a contemplative phrase. For “Ascension,” the phrase is: “May we all live in awe and wonder.” You are invited to embrace this phrase on your own or together with others, addressing it to whomever you choose. Abhay addresses it to the universe.

By using “us” instead of “I,” this meditation shifts the focus from the individual to the collective, reflecting the idea of shared consciousness. The music offers a space for both personal and communal reflection, guiding listeners on a sonic journey toward inner peace and universal connection.
