Discovered . {Kinetic Catharsis} . sequence of data encoded by 'Resonance Glitch' - research indicates that the collective formed in the chaotic 'Underlayers' by individuals who couldn't suppress their resonance anomalies and felt the city's emotional suppression as a constant pressure. They scavenged discarded analogue instruments and interfaced them with glitching, unregulated digital tech from forgotten zones. Their music emerged as a deliberate amplification of these forbidden resonances, a sonic disruption intended to shatter the enforced calm of Æthelburg and give voice to the raw, unsmoothed emotions thriving beneath the surface.

I'm a lifelong musician-turned-producer/composer in Portland, OR.  Since my beginnings in classical piano at an early age, I've never stopped exploring and absorbing countless styles and influences of current and past musicians and producers. As you can see from my sampling of tracks posted here, I'm a restless soul, stylistically - I get bored easily and can't stand still for too long.  My focus the past few years has been on music for film and television, licensing tracks from my growing eclectic catalog of  minimalist and avant-garde classical landscapes, ambient and glitchy textural pieces,  Brazilian-Cuban soul jazz, afrobeat and even banging club floor fillers.  Clients have included ABC, HBO, CBS, Cartoon Network, Travel Channel, National Geographic, Nike, Quiksilver, Marriott and Warner Bros. A life altering event in 2005 kicked me out of my chair to pursue a dream I'd had for a while - composing and recording my own music.
