InSession 004 is an eclectic exploration for me to play a little bit of a more diverse selection of genres and tracks that are true to a range of my tastes - old and new. 

Have previously included some breaks into the endings of some of my sets, however here I really wanted to start things off with some nasty toe curlers and let this part of my music taste take the forefront of this InSession whilst finding ways to transition into my more characteristic sound of bouncy, vocal, jacking and groovy techno.

Really hope you all like this, worked quite a bit on this incl. the artwork.

Release info: Jack Coleman, aka JAK, is a multifaceted techno artist and pillar of the underground scene in the Pacific Northwest U.S. and his hometown of Portland, Oregon. 

His past releases on labels like Northern Parallels, Illegal Alien, Trapez and Resource Records have been supported by some of techno’s biggest DJs.

The Caution EP melds JAK’s lifelong love of sci-fi storytelling and big, driving techno into the high-concept techno tools Caution and Body Scan. 

The title track gets two timeless remixes by up-and-comer Justin Neal and veteran Planet Rhythm/House of Jack artist Gunjack.

Trevor Benz was born in 1987 in northern France.

Influenced by electronic music at a young age, his debut in the mix took place in 2001. His style has evolved over the years focusing on the Techno, the Jackin' and Hard- Techno . Naturally, it arose in him the desire to produce his own compositions, leading him then to his producing career which started off in 2005.

Trevor Benz named his first EP 'Chicago Connexion' which was published by Banging records, and achieved a brief success after being designated the best EP of the year by Paul Langley.
Later, his discography was enriched with about 250 soundtracks under different pseudonyms and genres, which were published by recognized record labels such as Djax Up Beats / Cause Records, Jackstar Recordings, Fanatix , Ego Plastix , Kentek , Chicago Jaxxx....

Achieving international recognition and support of the whole arts community. 
Trevor Benz has had performances with artists such as

Hotflush is a record label launched by Paul Rose aka Scuba in 2003. Its early period was spent as a central part of London's Bass Music scene which exploded in the mid 2000s, although the label has always been difficult to pigeonhole musically and recent output has focused on Techno and House.
