Mintech is an Italian artist from Naples, and he is an accomplished techno producer who fuses raw percussion with analogue sounds. This release shows a deep understanding of rhythm and atmosphere.

It's the first time that Mintech has featured on Unrilis, adding to a catalogue that also includes other imprints ranging from Kevin Saunderson's KMS Records to Christian Smith's Tronic.

The title track, "Jamming" has rolling percussion and a thundering bassline sequenced into a jackin' groove, augmented with thrashing hi-hats and sassy vocals.

Arttu Silvast (b. 1981, Hanko, Finland) is a multi-instrumentalist composer based in Helsinki. His sound bridges neo-classical minimalism, ambient electronics, and Nordic instrumental textures—think resonant piano, jouhikko, and cinematic synthesis. 

After years as a music journalist and editor with Yle, and an impactful stint living in Southeast Asia, Silvast turned to composition for documentaries, TV, commercials, podcasts, and solo releases. 

His debut Polarity (2021) was celebrated for its narrative flow, while Isthmus (2024) channels Northern landscapes into minimal yet expansive sound. 

He also creates atmospheric library music via Cézame and Universal Music. With influences like Brian Eno, Vangelis, Ólafur Arnalds, and Jóhann Jóhannsson, Silvast crafts music that opens worlds in the listener’s imagination.
