Emerging singer/songwriter Aveli wears many hats in the music industry. From backup dancing across numerous stages, to vocal training alongside other seasoned singers and vocal trainers and now she has ventured into the singer/songwriter arena. With that being said, she now unveils her third single “Melody” which showcases her vocal range and love for 90s Neo-soul/R&B with a touch of jazz. Teaming up with musicians bassist Naoki Kobayashi ( from Fujii Kaze), and guitarist Haruka Sakamoto (from MEMEMION), together they craft a soul-stirring laidback piece that focuses on shedding off unnecessary negative emotions like vanity, jealousy etc and live life authentically. The production is warm, comforting and groovy while Aveli’s lilting vocal runs cut through the mix like a hot knife in butter as she reminds us

“Attention” was co-written and produced with Ryosuke Hosoi, a highly skilled music creator known for handling everything from songwriting and arrangement to engineering tasks like recording, mixing, and mastering.

The track offers a satirical take on modern society, where everything—from pandemics to politics—is manipulated through information control, drawing people's attention without them even realizing it. With frustration and irony, the song voices a quiet rebellion against this manipulated reality.

Blending the essence of soul music with Aveli’s sharp, globally resonant vocal style and playful musical elements scattered throughout, the track captivates both the ears and the mind.

The song features renowned bassist Naoki Kobayashi, who has accompanied Ado on her world tour, and guitarist Nozomi Sasaki of Soulife, known for producing tracks for King & Prince, Sakurako Ohara, and Sakurazaka46.
