Sugar is bad. Sugar is good. High fructose corn syrup is evil… or is it? Erythritol, sucralose, saccharin – they sound like chemistry experiments, and yet they’re in half the things we eat. Politicians say “Drink soda!” Doctors say “Don’t touch it!” So who’s right? I say, hey, there’s always real water.

This tongue-in-cheek swing-pop number pours a tall glass of satire over the sugar debate, served with a wink, a crooner’s smile, and a fizzy 1950s soda-shop groove. Whether you’re a cane-sugar purist or a diet-cola devotee, you’ll find something sweet (and maybe a little confusing) to hum along to.

Being solely a songwriter allows me the freedom to write songs in various genres, without being restrained by style, vocal range or gender. My songs are performed by exceptional guest vocalists, with superb instrumental arrangements by Mark Pierce (revelator.co.uk).

I am a bilingual Canadian singer-songwriter with strong pop-jazz-latin influences; pianist, saxophonist, vocalist, producer & multi-disciplinary artist. I’m currently producing new music, mostly related to the Calendar events, in both french & english.  This project sprouts from a strong desire to leave some fun sharable music behind; a “Legacy Project”. Stay Tuned!
