Far Horizons — The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim • Orchestral MIDI Mock-Up

Inspired by Jeremy Soule & Julian Soule's SOCOM U.S. Navy SEALs (2002) soundtrack (mostly notably with the tracks: smus05H2 and smus027), I composed this piece with an emphasis on militaristic crossfire action, but with shurikens (hence that Naruto coat of paint for this song). This song suffers from my ongoing writer's block (hence why it took days longer for it to be finished than originally intended), but luckily it only happened after I finished the strings, brass, and woodwinds. Also, I bought a new French horn library from BigFishAudio [name below in the instrument list] as my libraries lacked a proper and more useable horn ripping effect that I have become fond of after hearing Kevin Manthei pull it off in his video game soundtracks (Dead To Rights (2002) and Ultimate Spider-Man (2005) come to mind when I think of that effect). While lacking that master EQ, it's still more efficient in saving the time of recreating said horn rip by trimming notes, etc. Also, because my Brass Long + Staccato multi instrument doesn't have consistent volume leveling in the higher octaves (mostly on the trumpets), I decided to use one of my trumpet SF2 instruments [again, name below] that will sound just as effective to overdub the Brass Long + Staccato multi's trumpet octaves to make it stand out as opposed to being muddied in-between with woodwinds being the main note-by-note overdub like my previous songs, though it is still being utilized here, albeit for time constraints.
