Molly Higgins is a Doctoral Candidate at the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs in the Clinical Psychology department. Her recent thesis was published in Sex Roles, "“It Literally Makes Me Feel Harder to Kill”: A Qualitative Study of the Perceived Benefits of Recreational Martial Arts Practice Among Women Sexual Assault Survivors". Udało mi się złapać z Dawidem w dość niespodziewanych okolicznościach, a raczej nietypowej lokalizacji na mapie Polski jaką mogą się wydawać Suwałki. Na "biegunie zimna" miała miejsce wybitna gala Let's Play Invitational na której Dawid bił się w walce wieczoru, a więc była okazja aby wreszcie usiąść przed mikrofonem z zawodnikiem, który od zawsze robił wysokie wyniki na turniejach ADCC. 
W piątkowy, późny wieczór pomimo dużego zmęczenia odpaliliśmy mikrofony i popłynęliśmy. Dawid to super gość, który przytoczył wiele fajnych historii z rodzimego podwórka.

Richard Segovia, Ed.D., MBA, MS is career law enforcement officer, military veteran, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioner. He is also an Academic Evaluator at the Western Governors University. His research interests focus on the utility of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in law enforcement and its applicability to physical and mental health, exercise, and practitioner monitoring. Today, he serves at the Texas Health and Human Services Office of the Inspector General.

The Indomitable Spirit Ep. 4: Dr. Richard Segovia

Lt. Brian Sunderman is the program coordinator for the Arrest and Control Tactics Unit of the Texas Department of Public Safety. He is the Training Operations Division’s expert and lead instructor in multiple force option disciplines and advises the Major Force Review Board and the Highway Patrol Use of Force Committee. Lt. Sunderman has been assigned to border operations, violent crime task forces, capitol patrol, medical support, and training. He is also a United States Army veteran who served as a medic during the Global War on Terror era.
