It is wonderful gift that every time I sing live, I wish naturally from my Beautiful Soul, to sing inspiring and uplifting or humorous sensual songs... songs with a depth from a magical place within... and, I re-discovered this treasure of a song recently and cannot stop listening to it, and feeling and carrying it inside of... IT IS A MESSAGE OF LOVE I WISH TO TRANSMIT TO ALL ALL ALL HUMAN BEINGS... WITH LOVE... JACKIE  

recorded July 12 2024 at home mixed at home very underground (it's a simple rehearsal take, My Loves!!!), simple, stripped... I hope you may feel Beautiful, as We Each Are Beautiful Souls... DEEP DEEP DEEP INSIDE...

Es ist ein wundervolles Geschenk, dass ich mir jedes Mal, wenn ich live singe, von meiner schönen Seele aus wünsche, inspirierende und erhebende oder humorvolle, sinnliche Lieder zu singen... Lieder mit einer Tiefe, die von einem magischen Ort in mir kommt... und ich habe diesen Schatz eines Liedes vor kurzem wiederentdeckt und kann nicht aufhören, ihn zu hören, zu fühlen und in mir zu tragen... Registrata in sala prove il 6 novembre 2024, questa versione di She Came In Through the Bathroom Window dei FACTORY Mark III si stacca con decisione dall’eleganza pop della versione originale dei Beatles per abbracciare la carica soul-blues del celebre rifacimento di Joe Cocker.
In assenza di Sergio Virdis alla chitarra elettrica, la band sceglie una via più intimista e atmosferica, lasciando spazio al groove collettivo e all’espressività vocale. Antonio Miscali interpreta il brano con un timbro ruvido e coinvolgente, dosando energia e malinconia con gusto, mentre Silvio Vinci, tra piano elettrico e organo Hammond, costruisce un tappeto sonoro caldo, avvolgente, che guida e colora tutta l’esecuzione.
Il lavoro della sezione ritmica è di grande efficacia: Chris Payne al basso sostiene con precisione e morbidezza, mentre Luca Monaco alla batteria lavora di fino, con groove essenziale e controllato, dando respiro e dinamica all’arrangiamento. Manca la chitarra solista, ma non se ne avverte davvero l’assenza: la band compensa con interplay, sensibilità e intensità.
Il risultato è una versione intensa e soulful, quasi confessionale, che trasforma il brano in una piccola preghiera urbana, perfetta nel suo spirito notturno e viscerale. Ancora una volta, i FACTORY dimostrano di saper reinterpretare con personalità e rispetto, portando i classici su un terreno emotivo autentico, sempre riconoscibile nel loro stile.

Alain Mazijn (Oostende 1960) is mede aanstichter van radio stad in Antwerpen in 1981.
40 jaar maakt hij geen radio meer.
Als jonge cabaretier is hij samen met Hans de Booij het muziektheaterduo CIRCUS STUPIDO.
Als horecaman start hij in Antwerpen tussen 1980 en 1991 de stadskroeg, het swingcafé en grand café salto mortale.
Als festivalpromotor van het Nederlandstalige lied organiseert hij tussen 1988 en 2007 het festival pop Vlaanderen op 10 en 11 juli op de groenplaats in Antwerpen.
Vanaf 2007 maakt hij muziek en teksttheaterproducties voor het productiehuis BLAUW VZW, muziektheater.be
In het coronajaar 21 start hij radio prostaat op:
de Vlaamse wereldradio voor de rijpere luisteraar.
DE DRUPPEL is zijn wekelijkse radioshow met chanson, jazz, satire, parodie, sit-downcomedy en poëzie. De rest volgt. ;)
