Lot’s Wife
Lot's Wife is a musical recording project conceived in Nashville Tn in 2015 and is fronted by Norman F Rau, ASCAP songwriter, guitarist, vocalist, harpist, producer, arranger and engineer whose previous work was as a guitarist in the Industrial music pioneer band, Dessau. Dessau had multiple LP releases on labels such as Carlyle, Fifth Column, Mausoleum (RCA) and Wax Trax II and scored a college radio hit with a remake of Joy Divisions "Isolation" which was featured on MTV's Cutting Edge series and was featured on several compilation discs in the Goth and Industrial genre. Dessau toured the US and Canada in support of these records eventually ending it's run in the late 90's. Rau is a native of Detroit Michigan.
Louisville native Jim Dant is a renowned Nashville session drummer who, following a long stint with the Billy Cox Band, took residence in Jack Clement Recording Studio as house session drummer.
 
Bassist Mike Bruno is a native of Pittsburgh Pa. and is multi instrumentalist as well as an engineer and film score contributor for Independent films such as "Golden Opportunity', "Further Down The Road" and the Celtic Storm film U.K. "Undead" a film which features "Alchemy" the first track off of Lot's Wife's debut album in it's closing credits.
 
Lot's Wife's self titled, debut CD was released in 2019 and consisted of 9 tracks. 
Lot's Wife has released 8 singles since 2021 and have more releases slated for 2025.
Lot's Wife's has been a featured artist on Jango Worldwide Internet radio for years and has amassed over 271,000 plays throughout their catalog.

John Covert formed the Crystal Image band and crystal image music BMI in 1968.      He has  had a great deal of success in sync licencing for film,  ads and tv shows so this soudcloud playlist is devoted to samples of his "one stop" song catalogue which contains over 2000 songs of various genres.   All songs are completely cleared and controlled by Covert and all needed metadata, moods, stems, instrumentals, breakdowns, lyrics, masters and other information needed for sync are available.   Covert specializes in real, organic, music.   He plays all instruments and sings vocals with no ai.    No samples.    He is capable of creating electro instrmental beds for specific themed projects.   He prefers vocals of the island and country genre: Jimmy Buffet, Toby Keith,  and retro oldies ala michael buble, bread, eagles, clapton, Ricky Nelson.

Crystal Image also backed a popular touring act featuring the “Patsy Cline Tribute Show”.
Crystal Image is a variety band that plays classic rock, country, blues, ballroom and much more. Current members of Crystal Image are John Covert (keyboards/vocal), Jerry Tamburino (drums/vocal), Mike Samaritano (guitar/vocal), Dorothy Sills (sax/harmonica/vocal). The Old Guitarist is Ramón Tontosanta, the reclusive Andalusian producer of the tracks for Andy Hill's little iTunes album, ANOTHER COUNTRY. Tontosanta is believed to live an austere, hermetic existence in the neolithic Hobbit caves on the island of Minorca, and come into civilization only to produce the occasional record. His touch is thought to be magical, although he can also be highly capricious. Whether any of the former influence made it into these tracks, you will have to judge. But Andy felt grateful enough for his efforts that he happily assigns all credit to him. Andy is now sequestered in Nashville, Tennessee, awaiting his next mission and eating lots of hot chicken.
