I wanted to send over my new song called "The God Who Sees Me" featuring the amazing John Waller.  You may recognize him from his hit song "While I'm Waiting" which was the title track from the movie "Fireproof" and made a HUGE splash in the Christian music industry.  I am super excited to have John on this new song with me. It really is a dream come true having him join me on this. 

 

I wrote the song last year during one of the toughest years I have ever endured. It was a year of transition, loss, waiting with no answers, and a lot of confusion. I was reading the story of Hagar in Genesis 16 and I found myself relatoing so much with the feeling of Hagar running away from her home and enduring all she endured, and after all that she knew that God was her provider and was with her through it all. She called Him El Roi (The God Who Sees Me). 

 

This song is one that I believe every listener will be able to relate with and appreciate that there is a God who sees them and will never leave them.
