Papua Rendezvous

Strap yourself in and oxygenate your blood, because “FNDNB” isn’t just a track—it’s a subterranean war chant engineered in a smoke-choked lab beneath a forgotten Soviet bunker. MONAKAI didn’t produce this track—he summoned it from a cursed hard drive powered by broken circuit boards and the last known scream of a rave goblin. Every bar is compressed with the force of collapsing neutron stars, and each sub-bass hit could realign the tectonic plates beneath Berghain.

The intro opens with the subtle hum of what sounds like a haunted MRI scanner before launching you into a distorted wormhole laced with glitch artifacts, vinyl hiss, and a snare that could slice open the fabric of reality. High hats tick like doomsday clocks. The drop? Think rusty mechanical spiders doing acrobatics in zero gravity while strobe lights glitch to the rhythm of your accelerated heartbeat. And the reverb tail on the second breakdown? Scientists are still analyzing it for signs of intelligent alien life.

The cover art alone has been banned in three countries for violating spiritual calm. That monkey logo? It's not a logo—it’s a sigil. An invocation. A middle finger sprayed in grayscale on the wall of sonic conformity.

There are whispers that those who’ve listened on a decent sound system are now fluent in multiple time signatures and have been unable to blink since.

Recorded during my set at LAS Festival – one of the biggest forest festivals in Poland 🌿
This is a journey through downtempo, tribal, organic and deep progressive house – infused with pre-Columbian spirit, jungle mysticism and ritual rhythms. Expect deep grooves, ethereal textures and ancient energy woven into modern electronic sound.

With this set, I wanted to capture the essence of what I shared in my contest mix – but expand it into full journey. My friend Primal Touch supported me with his amazing percussion skills but unfortunately it wasn't recorded.

Sammi Dae is the creative alias of Luke Carter, a UK-based songwriter, producer, and multi-instrumentalist who is rewriting the rulebook on music creation, performance, and presentation in the digital age.

At a time when the music industry is hyper-focused on youth, visuals, and algorithms, Carter—now in his 50s—is innovating from a place of deep experience and enduring passion.
