This year, I have started collaborating in music with the children of Kare Afrika Brassnet, a group of 95 orphans from the Republic of Uganda.
We know that they have a hard time finding food. The first girl I spoke to on the messenger told me that she loved reggae and pop music and wanted to make a song about it, and as we exchanged words, it started to sound more and more like a song. Of course, the sound was terrible, but it was the first song that expressed the children's wishes. But the first demo, which expressed the children's wishes, finally took shape.

I want to save them from being hungry every day, but I've talked a lot with the leaders and we've managed to become more independent from the Donate-dependent lifestyle! I am very happy that they finally decided to stand up on their own yesterday!

How we are making the music now is that we make most of the orchestra in Japan, send it to Uganda via messenger, add lyrics and melodies to it and send it back to them, and then I put it all together, but it's full of noise as one phone plays the music while the other one sends the recorded take. It's full of noise.

But I would like to teach them more about music and singing techniques, and send them the right microphones and equipment, and some PCs with ABLETON LIVE on them. Of course, if we can send cameras and other equipment now, the children may be able to transmit their messages themselves and become more independent.

We would like to do a crowdfunding campaign as soon as possible, but we would really appreciate your support at that time.

In times like these, it would be nice if we could feel closer to each other.
