Excited and grateful, I want to introduce you to a very special artist as my first podcast guest: KeFu.
Since 2015, Kevin has been devoted to DJing, and over the years, he's made a name for himself in Iserlohn and across North Rhine-Westphalia, alongside his b2b buddy Bovan. Among countless (semi) legal "local hero raves," the Electronic Playground parties stand out, which the guys co-organize and musically accompany.
After moving to beautiful Berlin in 2022, Kevin is now focusing on his own project - KeFu - and has already had several gigs at cafeköpenick. Sometimes it's housy and techy, with groovy basslines and punchy hihatsss (ts ksch ts), and sometimes it's downright techno, with pounding kicks and hard claps - Kevin's versatile sound always brings smiles with a clear mix and a recognizable red thread.
To go along with his usual sound, today he's delivering some dry, fast-paced 128-beat TechHouse. Enjoy the set and follow him on insta and soundcloud!

Froh und dankbar möchte ich euch mit meinem ersten Podcast-Gast einen ganz besonderen Künstler ans Herz legen: KeFu!
Seit 2015 widmet sich Kevin dem Auflegen und hat sich im Laufe der Jahre in Iserlohn und auch überregional in NRW mit seinem b2b-Buddy Bovan einen Namen erspielt. 
Unter unzähligen, (halb) legalen „local hero raves“ sind hier besonders die Electronic Playground Partys hervorzuheben, die von den Jungs mit veranstaltet - und auch musikalisch begleitet werden. 
Nach erfolgtem Umzug ins schöne Berlin im Jahr 2022, widmet sich Kevin nun verstärkt seinem eigenen Projekt - KeFu - und kann bereits einige Auftritte im cafeköpenick vorweisen. Mal housig und techy, mit groovigen Basslines und kernigen hihatsss (ts ksch ts),  mal richtig technoid auf die Fresse , mit stumpfen Kicks und harten claps - Kevins vielseitiger Sound sorgt bei stets klarem Mix und einem erkennbaren roten Faden immer für lachende Gesichter.

Liebe Leutzz,

finally unser erstes Recording, unserer ersten Party nach langer, bewusst entschiedener, spielfreien Zeit. Es hat uns super viel Spaß gemacht, endlich wieder gemeinsam hinter den Decks stehen zu können um für Euch & uns zu spielen und das zu tun, was wir lieben: In Musik abtauchen und diese mit Euch teilen. Unser Comeback war im Café Köpenick in Berlin und wir haben dort sehr spontan ein 3 Stunden Set gespielt, da wir eigentlich für 1.5 eingeplant waren und ein DJ krank wurde. Wir haben es auf jeden Fall sehr genossen. Chillt und bekommt die Feiertage gut rum und viel Spaß mit dem Set, für die danach folgenden. "unheiligen Nächte". ;) Bleibt sauber. Auch in 2024 sind wir wieder für Euch am Start. Also: Stay tuned.

Whaaaaaatz Uuuup guys? Everything still fine in 2024? Keeping all my fingers crossed for you. 🤞 😘 First of all: Sorry, for the little hide those days, but I really had to fix some personal issues last year and over the last 2 months. Now, everything is pretty fine and as a little execution, we officially start the KeFu Podcast this year with a more than BIGGER BANG ‼️ 💣 Happy to officially announce Drumcomplex for the first episode within 2024. For myself a great and little unbelievable honour. Why? Definitely due to the fact, that we laterdays in 2013, when little KeFu began his rave career, we danced the whole night at @frohnatur club, Essen to Arndt‘s massive b2b set with @kevindevries. What a f*cking blast. I’m still overwhelmed by those indescribable feelings and keeping the colorful eve deep in my heart. Thank you, @drumcomplex for your support. For me, it means the world. KeFu - Kevin's new solo project

Since 2015, Kevin has been involved with driving house and dark techno at the DJ duo @BlackKontrast. In 2022, Kevin has decided to move to Berlin, which resulted in the KeFu project. Many sets will be created by myself over the next few weeks. It is also an own podcast series established, with different artists, friends and music styles from DEEP to HARD Techno.

Music producer / TechHouse/Techno / DJ from Germany. 

Already at the age of 6, Lenny made his first experiences with synthesizers and music production. This was followed by over ten years of drum and piano lessons before he had his first gigs at the Butan Club in Wuppertal in 2013. He was able to firmly establish himself over several years as resident DJ of the Versteck series in Lippstadt. He also played numerous other gigs in Iserlohn, Hagen, Essen, etc.

Over the years, he has built up a stable sound palette between deep / tech house and techno, which he performs - enriched with his own productions - in various clubs in NRW.

For the past year and a half, he has also been releasing regular editions of his set podcast on Soundcloud.
