I've been writing a lot of music centred around mental health recently due to my current situation with my daughter. I've also felt more self-reflective as a result. I didn't have the best childhood due to my poor mental health and lack of awareness. I wrote this song about how the smallest things can make such a big difference to how you feel. Always be kind.
