Não foi do jeito que imaginamos, mas Tiago Splitter acabou de se tornar o primeiro técnico brasileiro da NBA. É interino? É... mas isso não importa, tá no livros de história já.

Mas comecemos pelo principio. A NBB começou e já temos também a história sendo escrita. Jelena Todorovic ganhou os dois primeiros jogos como técnica de um time masculino na NBB. O Fortaleza Basquete Cearense ganhou de Vasco e Botafogo, começando a temporada bem melhor do que foi o começo da temporada passada. Além deles, claro que Flamengo, Franca e o Minas também começaram com duas vitórias. Vale dizer que o Minas teve de suar pelas duas vitórias dele, ficando com quatro pontos positivos apenas.

O Paulista Feminino termina o sua fase de realinhamento neste final de semana e já teremos os playoffs montados. Neste momento o Corinthians, São José e Campinas parecem estar no melhor momento dos times da temporada. Momento perfeito para isto. 

Na Euroleague descobrimos por onde anda Caboclo. Ele operou uma hérnia e está se recuperando para voltar a jogar pelo Hapoel. Enquanto isso Yago e Márcio continuam jogando pelos seus times e, apesar de alguns jogos mais abaixo, estão conseguindo manter a minutagem e terem boas participações nas vitórias dos seus times. Por enquanto, no topo da tabela, solitário, está o surpreendente Hapoel com uma derrota só. Com duas derrotas, a lista cresce e conta com os dois times gregos, o Estrela Vermelha, o Paris, Bologna e o Zalgiris, que já venceu alguns dos principais times nesta temporada. Será que vai se repetir o mesmo da temporada passada, perdendo o folego e ficando fora dos playoffs?

Mas claro, a principal história da semana estava na NBA. O começo da temporada? Também, mas não era isto. Em um escândalo inesperado, dois jogadores e um técnico da liga foram presos pelo FBI acusados de participar em um esquema de manipulação de resultados e de manipulação em jogos de poker ligados com a Máfia italiana. Sim, eu sei que o final da frase anterior quase não fez sentido e parece inventada por alguma inteligência artificial. Mas foi isso que aconteceu. Algumas coisas do escândalo ainda vão ser melhor explicadas, mas significou na prisão de Terry Rozier e do técnico do Sacramento Kings Chauncey Billups. Vamos acompanhar os próximos passos.

Só que o primeiro desdobramento disto já pode ser sentido. O assistente técnico do Sacramento Kings assume o time interinamente, claro, com o técnico sendo preso. E o assistente, agora técnico, é ninguém mais, ninguém menos que o nosso Tiago Splitter, que largou o Paris, depois de um título para voltar a NBA para a chance, que deveria demorar um pouco mais, de se tornar técnico de uma das franquias. Veio um pouco mais rápido do que esperado e ele já estreia nesta sexta contra o Golden State Warriors.

Entender o basquete nacional não é fácil. Ao mesmo tempo que a procura pelos jogos voltou a crescer e novos nomes surgem, um dos times com maior histórico na modalidade encerra as suas atividades. E pior, encerra com o feminino na final e o masculino indo bem. Mas é como as coisas funcionam no país. O famoso "Se algo não faz sentido nenhum de funcionar de um jeito, mas continua funcionando daquele jeito, é porque provavelmente tem alguém ganhando dinheiro com isto".

Começamos com o título hoje e por um bom motivo, é provavelmente a principal história do momento. O Corinthians anunciou o fim do basquete do clube. Muito no mesmo estilo que o São Paulo fez anteriormente. Com as finanças completamente em frangalhos, o Corinthians precisou tomar decisões difíceis. Se elas vão ser levadas até as últimas consequências, isto é, mexer também no time de futebol, nós ainda não sabemos, mas, com as dívidas chegando quase a 3 bilhões de reais, o clube precisava começar a fazer algumas mudanças e elas chegaram. No momento o Corinthians feminino está na final do Paulista feminino com um time recheado de novos talentos e jogadoras selecionáveis. O que vai ser delas depois do fim do time, você me pergunta? Eu não tenho a menor ideia, mas considerando o funcionamento das competições femininas mundialmente, eu sei que elas já estavam contando com mudanças. 

Já o masculino esta com uma sequencia invicta de seis partidas e senta confortavelmente na quarta posição. Time de um dos prováveis armadores da seleção, e com jovens talentos também selecionáveis, terá esta temporada da NBB como a sua despedida. É triste de ver um time com uma história rica no basquete nacional se despedir assim e, pior, diferente do São Paulo, o Corinthians não vai nem mesmo manter as categorias de base. Em números absolutos, a soma da base e das equipes principais mal pagam dois meses de Memphis no time de futebol, mas é preciso começar de algum lugar...

Na NBB, para fechar, caiu o último invicto com derrota em partida emocionante contra o Brasília em casa. Claro que perder por 2 pontos faz parte e o Flamengo já se recuperou rapidamente em seguida vencendo o Rio Claro. Agora o Flamengo enfrenta outra grata surpresa da competição, o Pinheiros, e com direito a lei do ex, uma vez que o antigo técnico do Flamengo e da seleção, Gustavinho, comanda o Pinheiros. 

Por falar em seleção, o Brasil masculino jogou contra o Chile durante a semana e vai jogar de novo no domingo. É o começo do Pré Mundial das Américas, que vai durar mais de um ano para terminar ( o mundial também é só em 2027) e com regras bem mais confusas do que o necessário. Mas, basta dizer que se seguir a lógica, o Brasil deve ter a vaga confirmada para mais um Mundial de basquete.

Aproveitar que ainda estamos em terras brasileiras para dizer que as finais do Paulista feminino começam neste sábado, com o supracitado Corinthians enfrentando as atuais campeãs da LBF, Sesi Araraquara. Tem tudo para chegarmos a 5 jogos, e todos serem incríveis.

Na Euroleague, mais uma semana com mais jogos do que é possível comentar em tão pouco tempo. Mas se estes textos podem ser um resumo rápido do que falamos no pod, e espero que sejam, tivemos o Real Madrid ganhando duas partidas seguidas por um ponto apenas, uma aparente chance de recuperação para o nosso cavalo lituano, e, com um terço de campeonato já, temos um líder estreante e um co-líder com o nosso monstrinho no time.

Na NBA respondemos questões difíceis como: O que Toronto está fazendo em segundo do Leste? Será que o Knicks vai voltar a jogar um bom basquete ainda nesta temporada? Ou ainda, será que se tivesse rebaixamento na NBA teriam times que a gente teria esquecido que existem?

I am a professional composer and producer with over 20 years of experience in music and sound, and I have always been passionate about sharing emotions through melodies, harmonies, and stories.

Over the years, I have worked in many different genres and collaborated on projects for film, video games, and other artistic worlds. But lately, my heart has been drawn more and more towards spiritual themes, and I have discovered a deep personal and artistic interest in Christian music.

This new album [Il Grande Piano di Dio] is much more than a collection of songs, it is an autobiographical revelation.

Through these tracks, I share the most intimate part of my faith journey: moments of doubt and discovery, the daily surprises that life brings, and the inspiration I find in my family and in the world around me. Each song is a reflection of my experiences and my desire to unite the rational side of life with the spiritual dimension.

In these songs, I open my heart and invite listeners to join me as I explore questions of meaning, hope, and the longing for something greater than ourselves.

My wish is that this album can accompany anyone who is searching, who needs encouragement, or who finds beauty in both faith and wonder. Thank you for being here and letting my story become part of your own.

We are now brefugees, living in brexile very near the border of the Czech Republic, Austria and Germany. If you live in (the crumbling remains of) the uk, do yourself a favour and leave. The upgrade in life quality will blow your mind.

* What do we stand for as a label?

We support all independent musicians who are doing something we find interesting. Our team members all have formal music education qualifications.

We are against corporate brainwash muzak, their puppet friends in the mass media, and many other corporate activities. We will fight their desecration of music until either it stops or we die. 

We believe in helping others in the face of corrupt laws and a broken system. We are pro democracy, green energy and free speech.

We're politically liberal. We cannot support the republicans, maga or gun violence in the usa. We don't see there's any real difference, other than in name, between the christian far right in the USA and the taliban in Afghanistan.

In the uk we are broadly pro LibDem/Green/Labour/SNP. We are VERY anti-tory, bnp, ukip, and any of their friends and associates. We have no trust at all in the uk right wing press monopoly and the bbc. Beware the bbc and its claims of neutrality. It is the propaganda mouthpiece of the tory party. It even charges a propaganda tax called the licence fee. But we like Test Match Special and Radio 6, so does that make us hypocrites...? Hmm.

We support independence for Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and Cornwall. We support the individual and the underdog. We are anti-putin and his war, and pro-Ukraine.
