"Ink" is about a protagonist taking a stand against an antagonist by pushing forward with their life and removing the emotional control the antagonist had over them. 

"cut deep with words but i got my pen" symbolizing the positive and powerful effects of expressing thoughts and feelings through music and writing.

"I'll spill the ink, I'll cut you out, I'll come to grips that you don't hear a sound" representing the inability the antagonist has to comprehend or take accountability for past situations resulting in the protagonist finally realizing this and deciding to cut emotional ties. 

In the upcoming Music video the antagonist is seen watching the band of the protagonist on TVs to represent how the protagonist revolved his life on what the antagonist thought and said about him. 

Throughout the video the antagonist is seen being gradually covered by "Ink" symbolizing the gradual loss of emotional control they have over the protagonist the more he moves on and heals.
