Raamayan weaves the ancient future, bridging devotional kirtan and sanskrit mantra’s with modern beats, danceable bass lines, EDM and hip hop. We combine prayer and performance, poetry and ecstatic dance to weave an experience that is greater than the sum of its parts.

I blend ancient spiritual mantras with diverse modern genres to craft a transcendent musical experience. Drawing inspiration from legendary musicians like the historical Tansen, known for his profound impact through voice and instrumentation, I strive to evoke deep emotional responses and magical experiences among my listeners.

My life-long dedication to music is supported by extensive training in Siberia and four years of global touring. Utilizing Ableton, I integrate live instruments and vocals to emphasize the emotive power of my compositions. My expertise with rare instruments and professional guitar skills allows me to deliver performances that are not just heard but deeply felt.

I am committed to creating immersive experiences where barriers between artist and audience dissolve, fostering a community where everyone becomes part of the performance. Krishna Das is one of the most popular singers of Indian devotional music in the world. Layering traditional Hindu kirtan with instantly accessible melodies and modern instrumentation, Krishna Das has been called yoga's "rock star." With a remarkably soulful voice that touches the deepest chord in even the most casual listener, Krishna Das – known to friends, family, and fans as simply KD – has taken the call-and-response chanting out of yoga centers and into concert halls, becoming a worldwide icon and the best-selling western chant artist of all time. His album ‘Live Ananda’ (released January 2012) was nominated for a Grammy in the Best New Age album category.  He released a string of well-received albums including "PILGRIM HEART", "BREATH OF THE HEART" and "DOOR OF FAITH," the former featuring the vocals of KD fan Sting, and the latter two both produced by Rick Rubin and utilizing, at the producer's request, a palette of traditional Indian instrumentation. KD is clear that he is first and foremost a devotee, with the sharing of his practice a profound act of his faith.
