In this part 2 of God’s Generals; You Can be One; Greg, John and Pat discuss the book entitled God’s Generals: Why They Succeeded and Why Some Failed, written by Roberts Liardon as they continue from where they left off in part one.   The book chronicles the lives and ministry of powerful men and women of God who were used in their generation.  They continue to share some of their exploits as well as some of their setbacks and failures.  These were just ordinary men and women who fell in love with an extraordinary God.  Those discussed on today’s program were John Alexander Dowie, Maria Woodard Etter, Evan Roberts, Charles Parham, William Seymour, John G. Lake, Smith Wigglesworth, Katherine Kuhlman, A.A. Allen and Aimee Semple McPherson.  They also play audios and videos of some of God’s Generals s so you can hear them yourself.  This is such a faith booster as you will hear and see how God used ordinary people who did not let their background, their gender or the inconveniences of their time stop them or slow them down from boldly proclaiming the gospel of Jesus Christ.  Once you hear and see how both parts oneand two connect whether you are hearing William Branham minister under the anointing of God, hearing Jack Coe give his salvation testimony or even hear about the great length Aimee Semple McPherson went to preach the gospel.
