Belcampo returns with ‘Pastiches & Mélanges,’ his second-ever release since his 2021’s debut ‘Your Kissing’ on Freerange Records. It’s a love letter to all things mid-90s house, especially what was happening in Paris at the time with La French Touch. The title itself, inspired by Marcel Proust, is a bit of a mise en abyme making us question : is pastiche the sincerest form of flattery?
