I was still by the sea when this all began.
The sun was heavy, the air full of salt and memory.
I had been thinking of my sister — Manu —
and how love sometimes becomes too full to hold.

I got burned that day, a real sunburn,
and later I sat alone eating pizza,
still feeling the ocean inside me.
That’s when I started writing a song called UNFATHOMABLE.
It came out of nowhere,
and suddenly, it felt like something greater was moving through me.

When I went back to the hotel,
I fell asleep with Letting Go (Her Most Beautiful Gift) playing.
In my dream, Manu came to me —
not as a ghost, but alive, radiant,
loving me with her whole heart.
Not in a way that asks,
but in a way that simply is.

She told me she had arranged a flight,
to meet me on a ship out on the ocean.
We lay together and everything was whole.

I woke up to a version of the song
that I thought I couldn’t sing —
too high, too fragile.
But it was playing softly,
and I knew it was the right one.

I listened to Mina’s “Failure (The Art of Falling)” and Amira’s “Letting Go” —
and they both touched a place I thought had already gone quiet.
Their voices carried that same ache between surrender and grace.
It felt like hearing my own silence being sung back to me.

I realized I couldn’t stay still.
I had to write “Transmute.”
Not as an answer — but as continuation.
A conversation through sound.

Sometimes, music doesn’t ask to be made.

I’m a singer-songwriter with a broad bass-baritone range. I'm somewhat curious about trying other music styles; you'll hear a broad array, from inspirational house progressive to nujazz, but I stick to EDM.

I work another job full-time, so I don't have a lot of time to crank out much music. I don't have a lot of polished music. I use this account like a lab. I’ve got 50+ originals ready for vocals and hundreds of drafts abound, so you’ll see me posting plenty, even multiple rough  versions of the same song. I’m my own remixer & I'm testing stuff out. 

I find I have to write something down to connect my thoughts and feelings to something solid, like original music or journaling, otherwise I am going to spend my entire day in my head and not create anything. That's the primary reason why I got into music, and why there's tons of it!
