The interval protocol showcased in this track were developed by Dr. John Beaulieu for their unique ability to help this purpose. The sounds you will hear include a celtic reverie harp, vocals, and a low drone created by the voice and the 128 tuning fork. This tuning fork is wonderful for nourishing and harmonizing the sympathetic nervous system. The voice creates the intervals of the 6th, 5th and 3rd. The interval of the 6th is sweet, inspiring and uplifting, allowing us open to dreams, hopes and visions. The 5th is stabilizing, balancing and grounding for hypersensitiveness while also easing pain, lifting depression, and catalyzing healing detoxification and mobility. The 3rd is expansive and motivating, encouraging emotional release and action towards one's goals.
