In this episode I am discussing many aspects of the concepts of relief. It's interesting to understand that relief is typically the contrast of the absence of the negative feeling you were just experienced.  It is also typically short lived and we often experience relief in response to our body or brain demanding us to do something to get the relief NOW.  Nothing wrong with any of that, but it's helpful to understand it and to learn that there are lots of ways to experience relief a little more intentionally and in a lasting way.  The most powerful part about this episode is for anyone in a phase of life that they are dealing with a long term negative experience (like a deployment) that will not resolve on it's own quickly and how we can find ways to get that more intentional relief during this time without it coming at a cost or just needing to escape and without needing the circumstances to change. Faking It Until You Make It: Overcoming Imposter Syndrome

In this video coaching newsletter I discuss an email from a viewer who says he’s read 3% Man, 6 times. This past weekend he ran into his ex-girlfriend. They hung out together for several hours and even went to an old romantic spot of theirs. She was very flirty and touchy. After she left she started messaging him about an hour later. It looks like she was looking for a booty call and DTF, but he seems to have missed the subtle cues that she was ready for the indoor olympics. It’s a good email that shows how a woman behaves and often changes her mind after initially saying she wanted to call it a night. It shows the power of giving a woman the freedom to stay or go and how this makes her more attracted to you.

Episode 120 - The Spit Up

In this video coaching newsletter I discuss an email from a viewer who has been following my work for about 5 years. He’s 21 and dating a 28 year old woman for the past year. However, over the past month she is less excited to see him and be intimate with him. So he backed off and matched and mirrored her lack of effort and spent less time with her. Then she complained about the lack of communication and effort from him. He misinterpreted that to mean that he should start pursuing and reaching out more. So he did, and her level of effort and enthusiasm remained unchanged. Now he doesn’t know what to do. I explain how to find the sweet spot to get her frustrated but excited to see him and to grow her feelings and desire for him.
