Alex Perez (born October 14th), better known by his stage name Lil XXEL "zell", is an American rapper of Cuban descent. Alex was born in Orlando, Florida, and moved to New Jersey at a young age, where he was raised by his mother (Ginette) and father (Antonio). 

XXEL began to rap at the young age of 15. Although he began singing in school talent shows, he later progressed into composing R&B songs, and eventually rap. Although he was only beginning, he put up numbers on social media that sky rocketed to over a quarter-million streams.

Throughout his music career XXEL has managed to achieve a lot on his own, doing performances and appearances at parties and venues in the local area. With the Observatory in Santa Ana California being his biggest show.
