Authors comment: "When I was a boy, I remember singing “Holy, Holy, Holy” under the white arches of the temple. The words echoed — they carried me as much as they acknowledged Presence. When I wrote Sancti, I wanted a word that could carry the depth of “Holy, Holy, Holy” but in a more meditative way — almost like a mantra. Sancti holds the mystery of the Trinity within it, yet it’s simple enough to repeat into silence. I also thought about how it could resonate with those familiar with yoga practice, without borrowing other traditions. For me, it became a bridge: rooted in Christian prayer, open to seekers, contemplative and timeless." / C

Authors comment: “We are never not becoming. These lyrics carries this theme — clay in the hands of the maker, not a finished product but a journey of being shaped and reshaped. The lyrics hold the dynamic tension between what is and what is forming, between presence and becoming. In the mass it is also about meeting: standing here, saying “I am here now.” Open for relation, open for becoming." / C

Authors comment: "Singing is also breathing. The rhythm steadies the breath — it is as physical as it is spiritual. The repetition quiets the mind, anchoring body and spirit together. As the Night Awaits the Dawn carries this simplicity. The lyrics remind me of mornings and evenings in the chapel, when words were few and silence carried much. The text borrows from St. John of the Cross, yet the words are chosen to remain inclusive — a universal experience. Depending on where you are, they can be prayer, comfort, invitation, longing, or a trusting presence." / C
