For International Women's Day this year, BBC Introducing asked some female artists around Yorkshire to record a cover of a female artist who inspires them. Terri-Ann chose Edge of Seventeen by Stevie Nicks 
Recorded at Young Thugs studio and filmed by Nathan Luke.

Nalgo Bay - Edge Of Seventeen

This is a performance of "Call Me" by Blondie which I performed not long ago. The band were amazing as was the vibe from the audience and the whole evening was magnificent. Thanks to everyone involved and everyone who was there.

Residing in the small village of Cayton, above the salt licked cliffs of the North East are NALGO BAY, a fiery hook driven alt rock band.
Take Fleetwood Mac, add spice, grit, driving guitars with edgy dual vocals and NALGO BAY is what comes out. Featuring Terri-Ann Prendergast (bass, vocals), Harry Bullen (guitar, vocals) and Jon Dawes (drums) the band sit comfortably somewhere between Florence & the Machine, Arctic Monkeys & Foo Fighters.
Filled with ferocity, it is hard to ignore the intense vocal performances and off the cuff raw sound. Described by Tonspion as “sheer energy”, their records radiate passion through lyrical wit & fearless northern spirit.

2022 saw them play listed with This Feeling, hand picked to perform live in session for BBC Introducing with Jericho Keys and catching the attention of BBC Radio 1’s Future Alternative.
Live shows, including support slots for Yorkshire own Scruffy Bear and The Hazy Janes, have been described by RGM as “proud and bold and utterly compelling”.
