Receta Pan de Banano:
380g Harina
20g Polvo de hornear
10g Sal
400g Azucar
80g Aceite de Canola
30g Jengibre rayado
4 Huevos
225g Mascarpone o Queso Crema
225g Yogurt griego
90g Hojuelas de coco
6 Bananos + 1 para decorar

Mezclar todos los ingredientes hasta estar bien combinados y vertir en un recipiente apto para el horno previamente engrasado. Hornear a 175°C durante 1 hora. Insertar un cuchillo en el centro y si sale limpio, estamos listos el color debe de ser un cafe/dorado.

Recuerden disfrutar del sol o el aire mientras se hornea.

Receta de torta de naranja roja y aceite de oliva:
187g Harina
150g Azucar
1 1/2 Cucharadita de polvo para hornear
150g de aceite de oliva
2 huevos grandes
Jugo y Ralladura de 2 naranjas rojas (blood orange)
1 cucharadita de esencia de vainilla
1/2 cucharadita de sal

Preparación:
1. Precalentar el horno a 180°C y engrasar con mantequilla y cubrir de harina (sin excesos) un molde para hornear.
2. Mezclar Harina y polvo para hornear en un recipiente
3. Mezclar huevos y azucar hasta que este espumando (incorporar aire)
4. mezclar lentamente el aceite de oliva en la mezcla de huevos y azucar para emulsionar
5. Agregar ralladura y jugo de naranja, esencia de vainilla y sal
6. Finalmente mezclar delicadamente la harina y polvo de hornear.

Hornear por 60 minutos hasta que este dorada y salga limpio el cuchillo al insertarlo.

¿Cómo construir noches más lindas? Noches en las que tenga cabida la música de club, pero también música para simplemente mirar por la ventana. Ritmos que derriben barreras disfrazadas de espacios, porque a la hora de poner música... todo se vale.

Bajo esta premisa, se da comienzo a “Las noches más lindas”, una nueva propuesta que invita a disfrutar de un despliegue sónico con total libertad. Curadas entre Bogotá y Medellín, estas noches estarán también acompañadas de shows de radio, donde podrán encontrar desde conversaciones y mixes, hasta dedicatorias sacadas de las entrañas.
